1998/99 Australian GP Preview

by Markus Kruggel

The sixth consecutive IAF1GPC season finally starts, and it's the first time that the opening event is held at Adelaide, Australia. With a lot of changes in the Ace line-up, a Semi-Pro series that has been "pro"-moted to Pro and the all-new Beginner series, some interesting developments can be expected. The fact that the pre-season races had to be cancelled this time also contributes to the gripping uncertainty of this new season.

Adelaide not only sees the start of the season but also the first event of the newly founded IAF1GPC City Trophy (somebody to abbreviate that one? ;-) Together with the races at Phoenix and Monaco, the Australia track will be a test for the best street circuit drivers around.

Not much more to say for me, except of: kick it off and let's have a good time :-)
