Race

At the end of this year's Mexican GP, Gary Leighton went home with pole position, a won race and the fastest lap time. The race itself was decided in lap 27 when Gary took over the lead from S.RS Turbo team mate David Zasitko. The biggest drawback went to Ron Vance - he lost two minutes in just two laps. This ruined his chances to finish on 3rd or 4th place that he held before this incident in laps 20 and 21.
