Following the glitzy showbiz parties and gatherings the night before
following qualifying, the Beginner series was the first race to take
to the track on Sunday. The GMC cars once again dominated, Thornber
leading from lights to flag and finishing 52 seconds ahead of Walker.
R DESIGN debutant Radzikowski impressed in an initial battle for third
with Adam Stevens but finally had to settle for fourth.
